We believe that people will always be at the center of high-stakes conversations, and our mission is to ensure they enter those conversations with confidence and deliver a great exceptional experience every time. Our simulation and conversation QA tools work in 25 languages, are endlessly customizable to meet each business’s unique needs, and are used by customers ranging from crisis support call centers to healthcare organizations to customer service teams to sales teams negotiating big deals – any organization where empathy, quality and excellence matter in every interaction.

About this role

We’ve built a product that our customers can’t imagine living without, and our business is growing rapidly – but we’re still just at the beginning of bringing our full vision to life. As a Senior Product Manager at Reflex AI, you will play a key role in shaping the products that power the next phase of growth for the company.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout. If you're excited to have a lot of ownership while remaining in the details day to day, this might be a great fit for you. It's up to you to marry customer understanding with great product sense and focused execution to create something our customers will love using every day.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for every aspect of our products, from concept to go-to-market and post launch
  • Understand markets, competition, and user needs and translate those into insights about what problems we should be solving and why
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and beyond and work with engineering, AI/ML, and design partners to craft and deliver products that solve customer problems and delight users
  • Prioritize ruthlessly by understanding and communicating the costs and benefits of each choice
  • Throughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation and Inclusion

You might be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products and/or taken those same sensibilities to build B2B software that users love and can’t imagine living without
  • You have built and launched AI-powered products (if not in your day job, as a side project, you’ve built something functional to solve a problem you’ve encountered)
  • You love to go deep with users and customers to truly understand their needs and motivations, spoken and unspoken – and you can turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • You’re a strategic and principled thinker who knows when to leverage data to inform decisions and when to follow your instincts about the best way to solve a problem
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike
  • You are relentlessly curious — you love to untangle knotty problems, learn new businesses, and play with new technology to see how it works
  • You have an ownership mentality — you run towards fires, roll up your sleeves to pitch in where it’s needed, and leave the products and teams you touch better than you found them
  • You communicate with empathy, rigor and precision
  • You’re extremely kind and extremely competitive — you’re ambitious and love to win, but you know that doesn’t matter if you’re not first and foremost a good person to those around you
  • You’re excited about how AI can help people lean into their humanity

What we offer:

  • Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people to be the best versions of themselves
  • Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind
  • Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
  • Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies

ReflexAI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race/ethnicity, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, military status, neurodiversity, or any other federal, state or local protected class in the United States.
