About this role
As Head of Marketing at ReflexAI, you will be instrumental in creating the public presence of ReflexAI as a trusted organization focused on customer impact. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative strategy to craft and implement marketing campaigns and materials that distinctly communicate our products' value to our target audiences across sectors including crisis response, healthcare, sales, and customer support. By weaving together insights from market research, customer feedback, and the latest marketing trends, you'll refine our go-to-market strategies, ensuring they resonate with both our current and potential customers. Working in tandem with teams across product management, sales, and customer success, you will champion the articulation of our product's benefits, distinguishing our offerings from others.
What you’ll do
- Own and scale end-to-end marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market leadership, and customer engagement.
- Develop and lead high-impact go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market segments, ensuring differentiated positioning and clear, consistent messaging across channels.
- Define the strategic marketing roadmap through rigorous market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including overseeing external agencies and contractors, holding all to exceptionally high standards of quality
- Act as the strategic marketing partner to Product, Sales, and Customer Success to shape roadmap priority and influence growth strategy.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, meticulously crafted assets including sales collateral, website content, case studies, and executive communications.
- Develop and oversee the organization’s conference presence with 10+ events around the country, including attending 3+ events per year.
- Establish marketing KPIs and ROI benchmarks, ensuring rigorous measurement of campaign and channel effectiveness with iteration based on performance data and business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in SaaS and B2B marketing, continuously introducing innovative approaches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements for a great fit
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) within marketing, sales, or related fields, including in a growth-stage organization.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B marketing, ideally in the contact center or quality assurance sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies using leading tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate clear and compelling product messaging and value propositions.
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail and the highest standards for producing flawless content alongside strategic thinking and guiding towards the bigger picture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception through execution both with a team and as an individual contributor.
- Creativity with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
